Our pasture raised goats live their lives happily as we rotate them around about 7 acres full of fresh pasture and browse (trees and bushy things). In addition to this natural diet they are supplemented with alfalfa hay. The willow and blackberry growing along our creek is their favorite! They never leave the farm and have very happy lives!
We sell whole shares of goat and they are harvested to have a hanging weight of 35-40 lbs. Our 2024 goats will be ready for harvest this winter and we will contact you with more details after you place your order.
We require a $100 deposit to hold your share. The total price for each goat is $350 and all remaining balances will due shortly before harvest.
We will arrange on-farm slaughter for your goat share through Willowside Meats in Santa Rosa and then you are responsible for the slaughter fee, instructing them how you would like your meat cut and wrapped and paying them for that service. Here is the link to their Cut and Wrap page for more information on their pricing https://
Please email us at BadgerRanchLLC@gmail.com if you have any other questions!

Owners
We are a small, diversified farm located in South Sebastopol, Ca. We primarily raise pigs and goats for meat but also grow fruits, veggies and nursery plants. One of our specialties is locally grown houseplants that are grown not flown. Our plants are already acclimatized and not shipped far distances like the majority of other houseplants grown commercially. We strive to raise healthy, happy animals and to grow plants in a sustainable manner.
